To Place An Order
Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped by emailing us at email@example.com
. Just include your order number in the email and we'll respond to confirm the cancellation. If your order has already left our warehouse, just wait for it to arrive and then follow the return instructions enclosed.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs. Your card will not be charged until we ship your order.
Reduced prices cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to the start of a sale or to purchases made after the end of a sale. Coupons and other promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
Orders being shipped to addresses within California are charged 9.00% sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive three emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we've received it. The second will be sent after your order has shipped. The third email will be sent once your order has been delivered to confirm that you received your package. These emails will contain your order number along with a link you can use to track the status of your order.
