This email will contain tracking information. All orders placed between Noon PST Friday, through Monday Noon PST will ship on Monday, pending accurate address information.
We only offer standard shipping via the USPS to PO/APO/FPO Boxes.
• Standard Ground - Typically takes 1-5 business days to receive your package from the time that it ships. We use either FedEx Ground or the USPS. If you know that one of these services does not deliver to your address, just note that info during checkout. Ground service only available on domestic orders to all 50 states.
Hawaii and Alaska - We ship USPS Priority Mail for all Hawaii and Alaska shipments.

• FedEx 2Day - By 4:30 pm in 2 business days to most areas (by 7:00 p.m. to residences). Since most orders ship the next business day you should receive your package 3 days after you place your order. No delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
• FedEx Standard Overnight - Overnight delivery the next business day by 3 p.m. to most US addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Since most orders ship the next business day you should receive your package 2 days after you place your order. No delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
• Global Express Mail through the USPS - Canadian orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day due to additional verification that is often necessary. Based on our experience some shipments can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Also, the amount of time for a package to clear customs can take from a couple days to many weeks. See below for information on customs duties and other fees associated with shipments to Canada.
• Global Express Mail through the USPS - International delivery to over 60 countries. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day due to additional verification that is often necessary. To ensure expedited delivery fax us a copy of your identification and the credit card being used to 310-306-8150. The USPS states that most shipments arrive in the recipients country within 4 to 5 business days. Occasionally, some shipments can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Also, the amount of time for a package to clear customs can take from a couple days to many weeks. Therefore, we are unable to estimate how long it will take to receive your order.
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. You are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that your country may impose to take delivery of your order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended to be received by a gift recipient. Call your local customs office to find out details about these charges.
